ALEX MCCREADY

Alex is a certified personal trainer with a passion for learning, patience, and dedication to self-improvement. He's been on a mission of discovering the most effective methods for improving his health and physique, and now he wants to share that knowledge with others. Alex has the attention to detail and educational background necessary to produce progressive programs that emphasize strength and muscle hypertrophy. At different times in his own fitness journey, Alex has focused on endurance, strength, power, and muscle growth. Alex believes that exercise should be fun and stress-free. He prioritizes safety, sustainability, and longevity to help his clients achieve their fitness goals without compromising any aspects of wellbeing.

TAMI JANSSEN
MS, PTA

Tami has been a personal trainer specializing in Medical Fitness for over 10 years.  Previously she worked at Ames Racquet and Fitness Center in Ames, Iowa, and at Wartburg College in Waverly.  Tami specializes in working with individuals with medical and orthopedic conditions; such as those with cancer, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, recovering from stroke, arthritis, chronic low back pain, diabetes and other various joint conditions.  She is strongly committed to achieving progress with each and every client through detailed evaluation and development of individualized exercise program. Tami is a firm believer that Exercise is Medicine© and she works closely with clients’ physicians and/or physical therapists in order to provide that medicine.

Our Personal Trainers have freedom to work on their own schedule and employ their knowledge and experience to help their clients in the best way possible.

COUGAR FITNESS 55

24-HOUR MEMBERS ONLY SELF ACCESS GYM 

GYM HOURS

Members can access the gym 27/7 with a personal key fob.

We do not close on weekends and holidays.

HELP DESK & MEMBER SERVICES

We do not regularly staff the help desk at the gym and cannot accommodate walk-ins.

Please contact us by phone, email, or Facebook Messenger for assistance with existing memberships and billing.
