FIT MIX
Fit Mix is a challenging and unique blend of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics, strength and endurance training. Inspired by high-intensity interval training, this 'boot camp' style class will provide you with a full body workout! Alternative options will be provided to make the class accessible to all fitness levels.
This dynamic class inspired by martial arts combines heavy bag and mit work with dumbbells and body weight drills that engage the upper and the lower body as well as core to build muscle tone and burn up to 600 calories per session!
